Gold One Shop $50 Giveaway Official Rules

🎉 GOLD ONE SHOP $50 GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

📅 1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Gold One Shop $50 Giveaway begins on September 19, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received before the giveaway begins or after the deadline will not be accepted.

✅ 2. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Owners, employees, representatives, immediate family members, and household members of Gold One Shop—or anyone involved in administering the giveaway—are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

📝 3. HOW TO ENTER

To receive one eligible entry, complete all three steps on either Facebook or Instagram:

1. Follow the official Gold One Shop Facebook Page or Instagram account on the platform where you enter.

2. Like the official giveaway post.

3. Leave one comment on the official giveaway post identifying the Gold One Shop product category you would most like to shop.

All three steps are required for a valid entry.

Limit one entry per person across Facebook and Instagram, regardless of whether the person uses multiple accounts or enters on both platforms.

Sharing the giveaway post is appreciated but optional. Sharing, tagging friends, subscribing to emails, or making a purchase will not provide additional entries or improve anyone’s chances of winning.

Gold One Shop may verify that the potential winner completed all required entry steps before awarding the prize.

Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, copied, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. Entrants must comply with these Official Rules and the applicable platform’s terms.

🎁 4. PRIZE

One eligible winner will receive one digital Gold One Shop gift card with an approximate retail value of $50.

The gift card:

• May be used only for eligible purchases at https://goldoneshop.com
• Is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Cannot be replaced if the winner shares, loses, deletes, or misuses the gift-card code
• Is subject to Gold One Shop’s applicable gift-card terms and all applicable laws

No prize substitution is permitted. However, Gold One Shop may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

🎯 5. WINNER SELECTION, ODDS, AND ANNOUNCEMENT

One potential winner will be selected through a fair random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing is expected to occur on or around October 20, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

After eligibility has been confirmed, Gold One Shop expects to publicly announce the verified winner on October 21, 2026. If verification is delayed or an alternate winner must be selected, the announcement may be postponed until verification is completed.

📩 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Gold One Shop Facebook or Instagram account used for the giveaway.

The potential winner must respond within 24 hours and may be required to confirm their name, email address, age, residency, and eligibility.

If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot be verified, refuses the prize, or violates these Official Rules, another potential winner may be randomly selected.

Gold One Shop will never require a winner to pay a fee or provide a password, verification code, Social Security number, bank-account number, or credit-card information to claim the prize.

⚖️ 7. TAXES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with accepting or using the prize.

🛡️ 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Gold One Shop may disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate the giveaway, interfere with its administration, use multiple or fraudulent accounts, harass participants, or violate these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized interference, or another event outside Gold One Shop’s reasonable control affects the giveaway’s fairness or operation, Gold One Shop may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway.

When reasonably possible, a winner will be selected fairly from eligible entries received before the disruption.

Gold One Shop’s decisions concerning eligibility, administration, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.
